TR'S Durango

Durango is a registered Rocky Mountain Horse sired by the 2022 and 2023 conformation and 2023 Under saddle Rocky Mountain Horse Grand Champion, RRF'S Primetime. Durango's mother is a mare I had several years ago named Buds Rock My World. I made the cross due to the fact that all of the boxes checked for a true solid gait and most likely a solid build, Durango is just that! Durango is a horse with a TON of heart and will give you 100 percent with the slightest smooch. My personal desire would be that he would either become an endurance horse but he would also make a great candidate for the show ring because of his great presence and off the chart consistency. Durango has a great amount of ring experience but most of his riding has been done on the trail, well over a thousand miles. He's not a horse for a timid rider or and inexperienced rider but if you like a horse with nerve but will drop to a walk and relax when asked on a loose rein, he may be the one for you. His bone density is something I wish many horses had, his mouth is amazing with zero fidgeting, he will go wherever he's asked regardless of the roughness, steepness, or nasty the trail is!
